The NYHA is pleased to announce an arrangement with Triad Health & Fitness, long recognized as a source for off ice training in the hockey community. USA Hockey through the ADM has increased its emphasis on athlete development especially at the youngest ages (including minimites). We also now have the multi purpose rooms available to us in the Novi Ice Arena for this training. Triad has made it economically feasible for you to try this training especially with the weather turning outside. Please see the attached flier. We encourage you to take advantage of this great opportunity. Additionally, in the near future, the rink will be adding aerobic equipment to this room to assist in the training. The best time to schedule these sessions would be just before or after one of your on ice sessions. See the flier below.
